Top leaders of eight political parties including Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami submitted a memorandum to the Chief Advisor today (November 6, 2025) on Thursday (November 6, 2025) with five-point demands including issuance of order to implement July National Charter, referendum in November.
Industry Advisor Mr. Adilur Rahman Khan accepted the memorandum on behalf of the Chief Advisor. Talking to reporters after submitting the memorandum, Jamaat-e-Islami leaders said that they had detailed discussions with the Industry Advisor.
Regarding submitting the memorandum to the Chief Advisor in Jamuna, Golam Parwar said, “We, the top leaders of the eight parties, discussed it with Adilur Rahman. We read the memorandum. The Industry Advisor did not disagree with our demands. He said that he would discuss our five demands with the Chief Advisor.”
He also said that the industrial advisor also reminded them of the need for mutual discussions between political parties.
Leaders of eight parties including Jamaat-e-Islami, Islami Andolan Bangladesh, and Khilafat Majlis were present during the presentation of the memorandum.
