Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force have made all-out preparations to ensure a peaceful environment and public safety for the funeral of Inqilab Mancha spokesperson late Sharif Osman Hadi.
The funeral of late Sharif Osman Hadi is scheduled to be held at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital at 2 pm today, Saturday (December 20, 2025). On this occasion, a total of 870 members of various ranks of the force have been deployed to maintain overall law and order in Manik Mia Avenue and the surrounding areas.
The deployed members include 270 members of the Ansar Battalion, 400 members of the Integrated Ansar and 200 members of the TDP volunteers. This coordinated deployment is being carried out to control the crowd centered around the funeral, maintain normal traffic flow, and quickly deal with any unwanted situations.
Through this responsible and alert presence, the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force is relentlessly performing its duties to ensure that the funeral ceremony is completed peacefully, orderly, and with dignity.
