The party leaders and activists are celebrating the 47th founding anniversary of BNP across the country, including the capital Dhaka, by remembering the party’s founder, martyred President Ziaur Rahman.
The program was celebrated at around 11 am on Monday (September 1, 2025) at Zia Udyan in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the capital by reciting Fateha and placing wreaths at the shrine of martyred President Ziaur Rahman, the founder of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP and advocate of multi-party democracy.
Leading leaders of the BNP Central Committee and various organiza- tions, led by the party’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, participated in the wreath-laying program.
