On Wednesday (December 17, 2025) at 7:30 am, a colorful rally, cleanliness program and sports exhibition were organized by the Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) aka Commonwealth Games Association Bangladesh at the Bangladesh Army Stadium in the capital.
The formal activities of the event were started with a balloon launch. The Honorable Vice President of Bangladesh Olympic Association, Mr. Md. Abdus Salam, was present as the chief guest of the event.
Her Excellency the British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sarah Cooke was present as the special guest at the event. High Commissioners of various Commonwealth countries also participated in the event.
Also present at the event were Honorable Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Mr. Md. Mahbub-ul-Alam, Secretary General of Bangladesh Olympic Association Mr. Md. Jobayedur Rahman Rana, Vice-Presidents of BOA, Deputy Secretary Generals, Executive Committee members, Director Generals, representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, representatives of the Army Sports Control Board, Presidents and General Secretaries of various national sports federations, players and officials.
