The Gazipur District unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) participated in a mass reception at 300 Feet in Dhaka today, Thursday (December 25, 2025) to welcome BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman on his historic homecoming. Leaders and activists from various thanas and ward-level units across Gazipur district participated in the programme.
Among those present at the rally were BNP-nominated candidate for Gazipur-1 constituency and Mayor Mojibur Rahman; President of Gazipur District BNP and BNP-nominated candidate for Gazipur-5 constituency, Fazlul Haque Milon; General Secretary of Gazipur District BNP and BNP-nominated candidate for Gazipur-4 constituency, Shah Riazul Hannan; Assistant Health Affairs Secretary of Gazipur District BNP and BNP-nominated candidate for Gazipur-3 constituency, Dr. Rafiqul Islam Bachchu; and Member Secretary of Gazipur District BNP, Barrister Chowdhury Ishrak Ahmed Siddique.
Leaders and activists from Kaliakair, Konabari, Kashimpur and Basan areas of Gazipur district, along with grassroots BNP leaders and workers, also joined the rally in large numbers.
