BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman was paid a courtesy call on by the leaders of the National Press Club Management Committee.
The meeting was held at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan, the capital, on Sunday evening (January 4, 2026). During the meeting, cordial discussions were held on national politics, democracy, freedom of expression and the role of the media.
National Press Club President Kabi Hasan Hafiz, General Secretary Ayub Bhuiyan and Management Committee members Kabi Abdul Hai Sikder, Syed Abdal Ahmed, Quader Gani Chowdhury, KM Mohsin and Zahidul Islam Rony were present at the meeting. In addition, National Press Club permanent member Atiqur Rahman Rumon was also present.
