Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has extended his heartfelt greetings and Eid Mubarak to all Muslims around the world, including the countrymen, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
In a greeting message, the Prime Minister said, “The holy Eid-ul-Azha has once again arrived at the doorstep of the Muslim world, reminding everyone of the culmination of sacrifice, the glorious guidance of piety, and the unique message of self-purification. On this auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, I extend Eid Mubarak to all Muslims around the world, including the countrymen.”
She said that all Muslims around the world, including Bangladesh, energized by the glory of sacrifice, are ready to celebrate the holy Eid-ul-Azha. This glorious festival of Islam not only carries a message of joy, but also an eternal message of deep faith in the Creator, dedication, and sacrifice.
The Prime Minister further mentioned that the shining example of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS)’s steadfast faith, unconditional loyalty and supreme sacrifice for the sake of the Almighty Allah has made Eid-ul-Adha deeply significant for the global Muslim Ummah.
On the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Adha, she prayed to the Almighty Allah, saying, “May Allah accept everyone’s sacrifice and grant peace, security and stability to the entire Muslim world and humanity, including Bangladesh.”
At the same time, she also sought blessings from the Almighty Allah for the establishment of peace, harmony and security around the world.
At the end of the message, the Prime Minister said, “May this holy Eid-ul-Adha be resplendent in the glory of sacrifice. May Allah accept our sacrifice and worship. May our lives be filled with peace and prosperity with His infinite mercy and blessings.”
