Law enforcement agencies have arrested content creator and managing director (MD) of private television channel MyTV, Touhid Afridi.
He was arrested from Barisal on Sunday (August 24, 2025) night. Touhid Afridi is the 11th accused in the Asad murder case at Jatrabari Police Station. He was arrested in that case. His father was shown arrested in the same case. The case is currently being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Department of the police – CID.
