The National Fisheries Week Closing Ceremony and Cultural Program was held in Pirganj, Thakurgaon. On Sunday (August 24, 2025) morning, the closing ceremony was held in the Upazila Parishad meeting room under the chairmanship of Senior Fisheries Officer Khaled Mosharraf, and Upazila Animal Resources Officer Ranjit Kumar Singha, Upazila Social Service Officer SM Rafiqul Islam, Pirganj Press Club President Joynal Abedin Babul and others spoke at the closing ceremony.
A pleasant cultural program was organized, including the presentation of prizes to the winning students in the meeting quiz competition.
