On Saturday (September 13, 2025), an exhibition and discussion meeting titled “Animal and Life Fair” was held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in the capital, organized by the Bangladesh Animal Welfare Association, with the slogan ‘May the country be a safe habitat for all living beings’ in mind.
BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman spoke virtually from London as the chief guest at the event. In his speech, he emphasized on joint efforts to build animal welfare and an environmentally friendly society.
