A prayer and exchange of views meeting was held in memory of the late Begum Khaleda Zia, the former three-time Prime Minister of Bangladesh, ‘Mother of Democracy’, uncompromising leader and patriot.
Mayor Md. Mojibur Rahman, the nominated candidate of the BNP party paddy sheesh for Gazipur-01 constituency, was present as the chief guest at the event organized at Ataba Union on Monday, January 12, 2026.
A special prayer was held at the meeting seeking the forgiveness of the soul of the late Begum Khaleda Zia. Local BNP and its affiliated organizations’ leaders and activists, dignitaries and the common people were present at the event.
