The bodies of six Bangladeshi peacekeepers killed in a drone attack by terrorists on a UN peacekeeping mission base in Sudan have arrived in the country.
The flight carrying the bodies landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 11:05 am today, Saturday (December 20, 2025).
The six peacekeepers who died are – Corporal Md. Masud Rana, a resident of Natore, soldiers Md. Mominul Islam and soldier Shanto Mandal from Kurigram, soldier Shamim Reza from Rajbari, mess waiter Mohammad Jahangir Alam from Kishoreganj and laundry employee Md. Sabuj Mia from Gaibandha.
