Mahdi Amin is the spokesperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party’s (BNP) central election steering committee. He is the advisor to the party’s acting chairman Tarique Rahman.
At a press conference after the BNP election steering committee meeting in Gulshan on Sunday (January 4, 2025) evening, committee chairman Nazrul Islam Khan said that from now on, Mahdi Amin will hold regular briefings as the spokesperson of the election steering committee.
