Ahead of the upcoming biennial elections for the 2026-2028 term of the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), one of the top organizations in the country’s tourism sector, the latest election meeting and exchange of views with members was held on Saturday (June 13, 2026) evening at the initiative of the Conscious-Reliance Forum.
‘Conscious-Reliance Forum’ is contesting the upcoming elections with a full panel of 20 members. The forum is led by Mohammad Hanif, a well-known face in the country’s tourism sector.
The current president of the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), Mohammad Rafiuzzaman, former president Shiblul Azam Qureshi, first vice-president Abul Kalam Azad, along with directors and members of the organization were present at the meeting.
In the meeting, the current president Mohammad Rafiuzzaman wished the candidates of the Conscious-Reliance Forum well and introduced Mohammad Hanif to the members present.
In the exchange of views, Mohammad Hanif sought votes from all the members. He wished victory to his panel and pledged to play an effective role in the development and progress of the tourism sector if elected.
